Little Lodge is a confidential, welcoming space in which you are free to be yourself and talk at your own pace. There are no expectations or judgements, just room for you to be you - your space.

It can be a source of anxiety to seek and request assistance. At Little Lodge, I make every effort to alleviate this stress, allowing you the chance to determine if you feel at ease working with me and if I am the appropriate counsellor for your needs.

If at any point you have any questions then please feel free to contact me via text, email or phone call.  I provide Face-to-face,  Video and Telephone sessions.
